PML Engineering all welding activities are carried out under strict control using approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ). This ensures every weld meets industry standards and client-specific requirements.
Our team of coded welders is qualified to work across a wide range of materials and processes, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping for petrochemical and industrial applications. We document every stage of the process to provide full traceability for materials and consumables used.
In addition to our in-house quality management, we coordinate all required non-destructive testing (NDT) with trusted third-party providers, ensuring objective verification of weld integrity. We also liaise with insurance companies and compliance bodies, supplying all required documentation for on-site repairs, vessel maintenance, or process equipment upgrades.
